1. Services Provided

Borrayo Brass and Woodwind LLC offer instrument repair, maintenance, and restoration services for brass and woodwind instruments.

 

2. Appointments and Payments

All services are scheduled by appointment. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

3. Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. Any issues resulting from our services will be addressed promptly.

 

4. Limitations of Liability

Borrayo Brass and Woodwind LLC are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by fire, testing, or other circumstances beyond our control including pre-existing damage or issues not related to our services.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their instruments and for following any care instructions provided. The customer is responsible for picking up the item once the work has been completed. Items must be picked up within one (1) week of completion. After this period, a storage fee of $10/day will be applied. If the item remains unclaimed, a 30-day notice will be issued.

 

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California.

 

7. Changes to Terms

Borrayo Brass and Woodwind LLC reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
